Meet The Doctor
Dr. Anthony Zanayed
He was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. As a first generation Arabian American, work ethic was instilled at a young age. He is number three of four in his household and is proud to say that all of his siblings hold a doctorate degree.
In high school, Dr. Zanayed had a back injury during football; he never sought care for this condition and quickly saw his physical health deteriorate. In college, he developed knee and foot issues. Several doctors were unable to help cure his chronic pain. Physical therapists, orthopedics, and podiatrists came to the conclusion that his fallen arch was the cause of the issue. After conservative treatment did not work, he elected to have surgery because he was unaware of any other options. Six months post op from his foot surgery, Dr. Zanayed still had issues with his leg. He was referred to a chiropractor who wanted to see him for 3 months. This chiropractor explained to him how chiropractic medicine could help him. After this physician’s treatment plan, Dr. Zanayed was pain free. This gave him the drive and passion to study Chiropractic Medicine.

Dr. Zanayed graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. After he graduated, he spent one year as a personal trainer with a focus on corrective exercise and geriatric strength training. Dr. Zanayed has an extreme passion for the human body and knew he wanted to continue his education. He then decided to attend National University of Health Sciences to obtain a Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Zanayed believes he has a duty to his patients. Traveling for continuing education is an integral part of his practice and he always states how grateful he is for his mentors.
