Disc and Stenosis Treatment

If you’re suffering from back or neck pain caused by a herniated disc or spinal stenosis, our chiropractic care can help relieve pressure, reduce inflammation, and restore mobility. Through a customized treatment plan, we work to ease nerve compression and support long-term healing, helping you move comfortably and live pain-free again.

Treatment plans are 1-3 months with a frequency of 1-4 visits per week.

The goal is to get at least 50% improvement.

Maintenance care of 1-2 visits per month is recommended.

Shockwave Therapy

If you’re dealing with stubborn pain from tendonitis, bursitis, chronic muscle strain, or post-surgical discomfort, our shockwave therapy can help speed your recovery and restore function. This advanced treatment uses acoustic waves to stimulate natural healing, reduce nerve-sensitivity, break down scar tissue and calcifications, and boost circulation and tissue regeneration, helping you get back to movement with less pain and fewer limitations.
